The Mesa Book Festival is offering a unique opportunity for attendees to share their character love via a Book Character CosPlay Costume Contest.
Hosted by the Mesa Library and with Prizes supplied by the Festival and Kids Need to Read, attendees are encouraged to enter based on their age:
Entry Categories:
- Infant/Baby
- Under 12
- Teen. 13-19
- Adult, 20+
Attendees will gather around the stage at 1:00pm to register as an entrant for the session. At 1:30, the entrants take the stage to show off their attire and share with the host the love of their charcater/book.
Winners will be decided by audience response.
What Charcater Can You Be?
A book character of course. but it can be fiction, non fiction- the more creative the better! Our friends over at Brick Cave Media actually created a Pinterest Board with ideas.
