  • Katrina Shawver

    Katrina Shawver is an author, history geek, and passionate about finding unknown stories. Her book, Henry: A Polish Swimmer's True Story of Friendship from Auschwitz to America, about a Polish survivor of WWII concentration camps, garnered many awards and is available in English, Polish, and Czech.

  • Kristina Lowe

    I am the independently published author of three (so far) adult books, The Jimmy and Kane Series, as well as the author of several children's books. I have been writing my entire life but only recently have allowed my work to see the light of day. Enjoy!

  • L. L. Standage

    L.L. Standage (Amy to her friends), has been making up stories her entire life. When she isn’t writing, she enjoys laughing with her husband, playing Zelda with her kids, drinking herbal tea, getting pedicures, traveling, and eating food.

  • Laura Zaki

    Laura Zaki is the author of three books on positive thinking and happiness, Stories of Love and Hope, Given2fly How to Transform Your Life and the Sunshine Journal. She is a blogger and podcaster under the name Sunshine for a Better World. Laura is also founder of the Peace Love Hope Foundation.

  • Laurie Fagen

    Laurie Fagen is a long-time “writer by habit” who has written for news, video, films, documentaries, murder mystery plays, and now crime fiction mysteries. Fagen is a member of Sisters in Crime and chapters including Los Angeles, San Diego and Grand Canyon Writers. www.ReadLaurieFagen.com

  • Lily Hall

    Lily spends her time writing whenever she has a free moment. She tries to manage her time working and writing but also spending time with her husband and family. It’s a constant work in progress.

    Her first book “The Shoes” is just the start of her collection of stories to tell.

  • Marc David

    Marc David is the author of five nonfiction books. A Chandler resident, Marc works with Special Needs students in a local school district and coaches high school cross country. An everyday runner and health advocate, Marc is available for speaking engagements.

  • Natalie Wright

    Natalie is an award-winning author of fantasy and sci-fi for adults and teens. Her most recent release is a first in series epic fantasy, Season of the Dragon, a Publisher’s Weekly BookLife Editor’s pick. She’s also co-host of the Tipsy Nerds Book Club podcast, and judge in the NYC Midnight international short story competition. She lives in Tucson with her husband and two cat overlords, and visits her college-age son frequently in NYC.

  • PJ Hultstrand

    P. J. Hultstrand is the author of twelve books. Since 2009, she has been a digital specialist, art director, graphics designer, publisher, newspaper editor, media interviewer and more.

    I had not written anything since my college days, 45 years ago. In December 2021, my wife and I got covid and were very sick for 30 days. Hubert, the bird that inspired me to create the main character of The Hummingbird Wars, was a selfish little bird. He would not allow any other hummer to feed.

  • Sharon Skinner

    Sharon holds a GPC, a BA in English, an MA in Creative Writing, and a poetic license. Her work has been published in a number of local, national and international publications. She previously served for eight years as the Executive Editor of Anthology magazine, a small press literary magazine published in Mesa, Arizona. Sharon is an active member of SCBWI (Society of Children’s Book Writers and Illustrators) and serves as the Regional Advisor for SCBWI AZ.

  • Sohrab Rezvan

    Sohrab Rezvan holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a master’s degree in Information Systems from George Mason University in Virginia. He is a self-published author of children's books inspired by his kids and silly dogs.

  • Steven King

    Steven King is a well-seasoned graphic illustrator and designer. Among Steven’s many professional recognitions, he was inspired to write his own picture books to make learning fun while helping children understand science.

  • Vicki Riske

    Mesa picture book author/puppeteer, Vicki Riske wrote and illustrated: The Polka Dot Tea Party, My Teeth Are Too Big, Fishy Tales, and Sonia Elizabeth Urrutia de Soto translated Los pececitos aventureros (Fishy Tales). Vicki also wrote Grandma Bibi, with illustrations by Phoenix artist Laura Best.
