Founded in 2019, interrupted by the COVID-19 Pandemic in 2020, RSBF roared back in 2021 with a unique and fun outdoor day of books and animals. A partnership between Anthology, Inc. and the Great Spirit Animal Sanctuary, the Festival is a held on the grounds of the GSAS each September.

Working as both a fundraiser and an opportunity to create awareness foranimals that are neglected and abused, the Roadside Book Festival also opens up Northeast Arizona for readers and book lovers to discover new authors and find great new books.

Proceeds from our vendor registration fees go directly to the Great Spirit Animal Sanctuary. Each vendor keeps 100% of their proceeds from their sales. Vending is limited by space on site, so be sure to secure your space early.

	The Yellow Food Truck brings us crinkle fries (and other stuff) in 2022. You'll not want for good eats while you shop for your next great read!
	Bring the Kids, 'cause it's bouncy house mayhem! Apparently not ONE- not TWO- but THREE bouncy houses to bring the kidsanity to epic levels- and you can get the boos they'll read while they are post event "resting".
	The Animals! The Sanctuary has saved over 100 animals in it's short time span, and there will be regular tours through the day for you to meet them all! PLUS, the TINY ARMY OF CHICKENS is not to be missed.
	MORE AUTHORS! We'll have more than 22 authors joining us this year, with hundreds of books for you to choose from, supporting independent publishing and local talent. Bring a bag, or two- you're gonne need it :).
