You've found Anthology.org, the home page of Anthology, Inc.. Anthology is an Arizona based literary nonprofit, our mission:

Anthology’s mission is to promote performance poetry and associated literary arts in the greater Phoenix community by providing opportunities for artists to perform their work and by making spokenword arts accessible to a diverse audience.

Anthology organizes several events, including:

• The Mesa Poetry Slam, since 1994, the longest running poetry slam in the southwest. hosted by The Klute.
• The Poe Show, since January 2002, the largest celebration of E.A.Poe's birthday west of the Mississippi.
• The Valentine's Day Massicree, celebrating the good, and the not so good, in the holiday.
• Each year, Anthology also sponsors the entry fees for poets to compete in the National Poetry Slam, Individual World Poetry Slam and Women of the World Poetry Slam.
• Anthology also sponsors Voices of Youth, an annual celebration of Youth Spoken Word in Phoenix.
